Who we are

PuttPush is a trading name of Push Pals Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 13137076). Push Pals Ltd is the controller of the personal data described in this notice. You can contact us about it at p@pushpals.com.

What we collect

• When you email us: your name, your email address and anything you include in your message, such as your business name, your website address and your phone number.
• When you book a call: the details you enter into our booking page, such as your name, your email address and the time you choose.
• When we build your homepage preview: the public content of your current website, such as its text, logo and photos.

How we use it

We use these details to reply to you, to build your homepage preview and send you the link, and to talk to you about building and looking after your website.

Our lawful basis is that you have asked us to take these steps before any contract is agreed (UK GDPR Article 6(1)(b)), together with our legitimate interest in replying to business enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)). We do not use your details for anything else, and we do not sell them.

Who we share it with

• Google provides our email, so messages you send us are stored with Google.
• Cal.com runs our booking page, so the details you enter when you book a call are stored with Cal.com.
• Cloudflare hosts this website.
• Google Fonts supplies the typeface on this website, so your browser connects to Google when a page loads.

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on the safeguards in their data processing terms, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry emails and booking details for up to two years after our last contact. If you become a customer, we keep the records we need for as long as the law requires, which is six years for financial records.

Cookies

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. You can also ask for your data in a format you can take elsewhere. Email p@pushpals.com and we will reply within one month.

Complaints

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, please tell us first so we can put it right. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
